Ticket prices
Ticket prices can vary depending on time of year, these can be found on our booking page. Please note, children under 16 years of age will need to be accompanied by an adult to enter. Remember, all tickets will need to be booked online before your visit. Please note we do not accept cash on the park.

Guests with additional needs
Please ask at either the main ticket office should you require any help. We have a range of services and facilities to cater for guests with additional needs or disabilities.
Guide Dogs
Guide dogs are welcome in to the park however, for safety reasons, dogs will not be able to accompany guests onto the rides. Guide dogs may accompany their owner as far as the loading point, but please ensure that guide dogs are left with another member of the group and not left unattended.
Smoking
Crealy Theme Park & Resort is a no smoking destination. A designated smoking area is located centrally for anyone wishing to smoke. This also includes the use of e-cigarettes.
First Aid
The First Aid Station is located at the side of the Jungle Journey. We have a qualified first aid team on duty every day that the park is open.
Lost children
For a peace of mind ‘Lost Child Wristbands’ are available for free from the Information Window at the main entrance. We recommend that you always select a designated meeting point, just in case. If you should get separated from your child / children please speak to any member of the Crealy team who will be able to seek assistance for you.
Lost Property
Misplaced your property? It may have been handed in to the Information Window at the main entrance so be sure to check.
Lost property will be kept for up to 48 hours before being removed. Please email guestservices@crealy.co.uk to see if has been handed in.
Park Pass-Outs
If you wish to leave the park and return the same day, you will need to obtain a hand stamp from a team member at the turnstiles. You must have a valid hand stamp to gain re-entry to the park.
Baby Change & Feeding facilities
Baby changing facilities are located in all toilets across the park as indicated on the park map. There is a baby feeding area in the baby change room opposite the Adventure Zone entrance. Please ask a team member for directions.
Dog Kennels
Unfortunately no dogs or other pets can be admitted into the park except Assistance Dogs. Also, for the wellbeing of all dogs we don’t allow anyone to leave them in a car by themselves in our car park, however we do have limited kennels available which are free to hire service in exchange for a £20 key deposit.
Please bring with you any items that will make your pets stay more comfortable i.e. water bowl, food or treats as well as any bedding, toys etc.
Pets can only occupy the kennel from 10am until 4.30pm. The pet owner will be responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s
Kennel spaces are limited and therefore we always recommend that you pre-book your kennel by emailing guestservices@crealy.co.uk prior to your visit. Once booked kennel keys can be collected from the Information window of the main ticket office at the entrance to the park.
We ask that you return to your dog at least once during the day to check on their welfare. We will ask for your contact details so that we can call you if your pet gets distressed.
Wi-Fi
Want to Tweet or Facebook your friends to tell them what a great time you are having? Free Wi-Fi can be found in the Adventurers Food Court in the Adventure Zone. *Service subject to availability.
Electric Car Charging Points
There are electric car charging points located at the bottom of the Accessible Car Park.
Charging stations offer fast charging of 11.4kW, at a rate of 50p/kWh.
Souvenir Photos
Capture your special moments at Crealy as souvenir ride photos are available during peak times (Devon school holidays) for a small additional charge. These can be found at Tidal Wave and Maximus.
Please Note - Ride photography will only be open in the Devon School Holidays.
